At this time, here are the following services we provide. If you interested in our services, please fill out the form sooner rather than later, as verification of insurance coverage may take a few days before you can actually book with us.
Initial Consult
The IBCLC will complete a history and background of parent and child, assess breastfeeding/ chestfeeding for the dyad, and provide support and education in the session to help improve breastfeeding/ chestfeeding confidence and success.
Follow Up Visit
The IBCLC will follow up on recommendations, strategies, and plans provided after the initial consultation. She will answer any other questions the parent may have.
Insurance Verification
Iris Quach Lactation and Occupational Therapy, PLLC partners with The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower to verify insurance coverage and bill services. Please use the links to fill out the form. Once they verify/deny insurance coverage, it will notify both you and me; then, we can schedule our first consultation or explore other alternatives.
